• Compensation:
  
  • The pay for this position is $26 per hour. Shift differential may also apply, and the position is eligible for a quarterly bonus of up to $5,200 per year.
    
  • Opportunities to increase base pay with tenure and level-up development programs
    

• Available Shift(s):
  • The schedule for this position is Sunday - Wednesday. You will work four 10-hour shifts each week, with a start time of 5:00 A.M.
    
• Local Routes with up to 2 overnight/hotel stays per week
  
• One overnight stay is required on Sunday night and one overnight stay is required on Tuesday night.
  
• These routes are within a 3 1/2 hr. radius.
  
• No freight to move

Primary Job Accountabilities:

What You'll Do:

• As a CDL-certified Delivery Service Driver, you will operate an automatic straight truck (12,000-20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes, delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens while ensuring safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.
  
  
• Safely connect to truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load/unload cooking oil
  
  
• Use company-issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance
  
  
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs
  
  
• Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service
  
  
• Always uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standard.
  
  

What We're Looking For:

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
  
  

• Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement
  
  

• Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, twisting, etc.)
  
  

• Strong safety mindset
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED highly preferred
  
  

• 2+ years of CDL-regulated driving experience
  
  

• Bilingual
  
  

• Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting

• Safe Driving Record (Past 36 Months):
  
  

• Limited MVR moving violations or PSP report violations.
  
  

• Zero Tolerance (Past 5 Years):
  
  

• No speeding over 100 mph
  
  

• Drug & Alcohol Compliance:
  
  

• Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen
  
  

• Subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing after hire
