Managing the commissioning process for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and optimizing the performance of systems and equipment. Enable new plant within the asset to be safely and reliably brought into operation and handed over to operation at the correct design rates and specifications. Job Responsibilities Allocate resources to ensure the smooth running of port operations, one of them is by briefing the port supervisors on vessel loading and discharge standard operating procedures. Port operations run smoothly according to the standard operating procedures. Develop a framework and process to manage business risk in chartering operations, also analyze expenditures and submit reports to management. Framework is accurately developed and reports are submitted to management accordingly. Develop processes for implementing manpower planning strategy, as well as develop and implement in-house training roadmap. Manpower planning strategy and in-house training roadmap are planned and designed well and efficiently. Oversee daily planning for the berth, yard, and stowage. The berth, yard, and stowage run smoothly and efficiently. Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risks well maintained. Target Zero LTI SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements Education Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or related disciplines) Skill, Knowledge, and Experience Develop Pre-Commissioning Execution Plan and documentation Define system/sub-system breakdown and pre-commissioning boundaries Prepare and manage detailed execution schedule aligned with shutdown timeline Lead field execution of all pre-commissioning activities Ensure implementation of safety procedures (JSA, LOTO, PTW) Coordinate with Construction, QA/QC, and Commissioning teams Manage temporary systems, materials, and consumables Oversee reinstatement and system readiness activities Review and approve technical procedures and checklists Certification Relevant certification in commissioning/pre-commissioning or engineering discipline is an advantage Safety certifications (e.g., LOTO, PTW, HSE) preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr PetroSea
