As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. Responsibilities Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using our Aloha POS system Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and quality standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register Follow all food safety and handling procedures to ensure the health and safety of customers and staff Promote sales by suggesting additional items or upselling when appropriate Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Basic math skills for cash handling and retail calculations Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques is a plus Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Food provided Shift: Day shift & Evening shift Ability to Relocate: Fargo, ND 58104: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
