Surgical RN Position - Operating Room

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Surgical RN to join our operating room team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have surgical experience, particularly with da Vinci Robotics and orthopedic procedures. The position requires flexibility and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in surgical procedures and contribute to patient care in the operating room.
• Provide support and care to patients pre-operatively and post-operatively.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain and operate surgical instruments and equipment.
• Monitor patient vitals and administer medications as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Must have an active RN license and BLS certification.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in surgical nursing is required.
• Experience with da Vinci Robotics and orthopedic surgeries is mandatory.
• Vascular experience is preferred but not required.
