Job Type: Full-Time Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures with precision
• Lead or support larger projects, including light commercial service, installs, and maintenance
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Ensure all work meets safety codes and company standards
• Provide clear communication and excellent customer service on every job About Us:

We’re growing quickly and looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician who can hit the ground running—someone with proven expertise who thrives in a professional but family-oriented environment and is interested in both residential and commercial work. Qualifications:
• 3-5+ years of experience in residential or commercial maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and lead when needed
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• EPA certification or trade licenses a plus
• Comfortable working in a variety of environments (attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, mechanical rooms)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship What We Offer:
