Executive Home Care of Cary is seeking compassionate, dependable individuals to join our growing team as Client Care Specialists. If you're passionate about helping others live safely and comfortably at home, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Provide personalized in-home support tailored to each client's needs
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team
• Promote a safe, respectful, and comfortable home environment

What We're Looking For

• A caring, patient, and reliable attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Caregiving experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right person
• Ability to work independently and follow individualized care plans
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred)
• Must pass background screening

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
