A bit about us:

The Leasing Manager will oversee the full leasing lifecycle for a residential portfolio in Queens, NY, including rent-stabilized units, market-rate units, and 421-a regulated apartments. This role requires deep knowledge of NYC housing regulations, compliance filings, Yardi and Onsite leasing software, and internal renovation/IAI documentation processes. The Leasing Manager will supervise leasing operations staff and coordinate with ISN Corp and other external partners, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient apartment turnover.

Job Details

• 3–5+ years of residential leasing experience in NYC, preferably with rent-stabilized housing.
• Strong knowledge of NYC rent regulations, DHCR filings, IAI processes, and 421-a requirements.
• Proficiency in Yardi, Onsite, and other leasing/PM software.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Experience supervising staff or coordinating third-party vendors.
• Ability to interpret housing regulations and maintain meticulous documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with compliance audits or DHCR/RPIE submissions.
• Knowledge of property marketing strategies and competitive market analysis.
• Strong Excel skills and experience preparing detailed leasing or compliance reports.
