About the Role:

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring their comfort and security.
• Document and report changes in clients' conditions to the healthcare team.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental health.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare staff.
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations while providing care.

Requirements:

• Current certification as a CNA or PCA is preferred.
• Previous experience in home care or a healthcare setting is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interaction.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and assist clients with mobility.
• Compassionate demeanor with a passion for helping others.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare practices and safety protocols.
• Must pass background checks and health screenings as required.
