What You'll Do

As an Automotive Lube Technician, you will help keep our customers' vehicles safe, maintained, and ready for the road. You will perform routine maintenance services while working closely with our service team to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform basic vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, and fluid checks
• Complete multi-point vehicle inspections, including tires, brakes, lights, wipers, and fluid levels
• Identify and communicate recommended maintenance needs to the Service Advisor team
• Follow dealership and manufacturer standards for quality, safety, and efficiency
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Handle customer vehicles with care and professionalism
• Work as part of a team to support service lane productivity and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is motivated, reliable, and eager to grow within the automotive field.

Ideal qualifications include:

• Basic mechanical understanding of vehicles
• Previous express, quick lube, tire, or automotive maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to operate a variety of cars, light trucks, and vans
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmissions preferred
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Team-focused mindset with a commitment to great customer service
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
