Job Description
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all store operations, ensuring efficient staff management and excellent customer service. This role involves maintaining inventory control, analyzing sales data, and implementing visual merchandising strategies to enhance the shopping experience. The Store Manager also focuses on loss prevention and operational planning to achieve store profitability and growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead store staff to deliver high performance
- Control inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy
- Analyze sales trends and develop strategies to meet targets
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance product display
- Monitor and enforce loss prevention policies
- Plan store operations and optimize workflow
- Train team members and coordinate scheduling
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in retail management
