Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Step into Strength, you will engage in various tasks, including but not limited to:

• Consulting with patients to comprehensively assess their physical condition and presenting symptoms.
• Diagnosing movement dysfunctions and collaboratively developing individually tailored treatment plans.
• Educating patients on therapeutic exercise techniques to foster self-efficacy and promote ongoing recovery.
• Applying targeted therapy techniques such as stimulation or massage to facilitate healing and alleviate pain.
• Assisting patients in navigating and utilizing mobility equipment like wheelchairs and walkers to enhance their everyday functionality.
• Maintaining meticulous patient records and tracking progress towards established goals to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
• Providing guidance to patients and their families regarding at-home treatment options and exercises for continued improvement.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
