Milwaukee Electronics Quality Inspector IWork just three days a week — and enjoy a four-day weekend every week. In this role, you'll perform visual inspections of PCB assemblies and box-build products, document results, and communicate findings to help keep production running to the highest standards. If you have a sharp eye, strong attention to detail, and enjoy hands-on work in a team environment, this is a great place to start and grow.What You'll DoPerform visual inspections of electronic components, subassemblies, and finished assemblies to IPC-A-610 workmanship standardsInspect SMT, through-hole, and rework assemblies for quality and workmanshipUse inspection tools including AOI systems, microscopes, and magnification lampsVerify products against drawings, specifications, and customer requirementsAccurately document inspection results in FactoryLogix and daily inspection recordsCommunicate defects and quality concerns to production and quality teamsAttend daily team meetings and collaborate across departmentsParticipate in continuous improvement and Lean initiativesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaWhat You BringHigh school diploma or GED requiredEntry-level position; prior electronics or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.Ability to demonstrate basic computer proficiency, including logging into company systems with a username and password, navigating email, accessing and reviewing timecards through the HRIS (e.g., UKG), completing online training, using employee self-service applications, and performing basic computer tasks required to support daily work responsibilities.Basic math skills and ability to follow written work instructionsStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during repetitive inspection tasksPhysical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this position, the employee may be seated or standing, based on their workstation. Employee is occasionally required to stand and/or walk; Employee must frequently use hands to point, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms, lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Vision requirements include close & distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.Work EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals.
