Staffing Assistant – Bilingual (English/Spanish)

GL Staffing Services is seeking a motivated and organized Staffing Assistant to support our Vendor on Premise (VOP) team at one of our client locations. This is a fast-paced position ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping ensure daily staffing operations run smoothly.

This is a temporary assignment expected to last approximately 3–6 months. However, for the right candidate, this position could lead to a permanent opportunity with GL Staffing Services.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with onboarding new employees.
• Contact and schedule candidates for interviews and orientations.
• Support the onsite VOP with daily staffing needs.
• Conduct safety walks and help maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist with employee check-ins, attendance, and general administrative tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service to employees and client management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish .
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and email).
• Staffing, recruiting, HR, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
