We are looking for a hardworking, driven, team member to join our production operations. In this role you will be part of our team that focuses on the preparation and assembly of various raw material. All A-Team members are cross trained inside and outside their main department. Leadership opportunities are widely available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain drill presses, miter saws, table saws, and other essential machinery to meet production needs.
• Perform material cutting to precise width and length specifications, including specialized modifications as needed.
• Assist in the assembly and production of high-quality products, adhering to company standards and timelines.
• Collaborate with the team on performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Assist to help streamline inventory, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting while gaining exposure to supply chain operations and material forecasting.

Pay: $17- $20

Hours:

• 1st Shift: M- TH 5- 3:30 pm
• Overtime opportunities are available
