Our main focuses are Prayer, Revival and Mission. We belong to PCA and emphasize the balance of the Word and the Holy Spirit. We currently have 600+ members, including 90+ Youth group. We are seeking a full time Youth Ministry (YM) Pastor. Candidate will work in a team environment toward our goal of making disciples of all people. Responsibilities: Train teachers to lead Life Groups (community groups) Equip student leaders and mentors to lead student ministry teams. Lead regular programs for YM including Sunday worship, Friday or weekday meetings, and Bible study. Lead special programs such as Youth Retreat, Senior Trip and Youth Mission Trip. Lead Korean or English weekday evening prayer meeting once a month Preside All Generation Worship Service on Sunday with 5 minutes short message once a month Qualifications: Has genuine heart for youth, to nurture them in the Word of God and in prayer Has experience in ministry in Korean-American or similar context Has graduated or presently attending theological seminary Fluent English is required, and proficiency in Korean is optional Sincerely receive and adopt the Westminster Confession of Faith and the Catechisms, and the form of government and discipline of the PCA, as containing the system of doctrine taught in the Holy Scripture Eligible for ordination/transfer in the PCA Compensation: Commensurate the cost of living with family in California (salary + housing allowance based on the market price of Livermore) Benefits (Health, Dental, Term life insurance, and cell phone monthly fee) -Laptop for work ($600 value every 5 years) #J-18808-Ljbffr Sola Network
