We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative / Data Entry / Front Desk Associate. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers and visitors while providing administrative support through accurate data entry and office coordination. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service
• Greet customers and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns or direct them to the appropriate department.
• Front Desk Administration
• Maintain a professional front office environment.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars as needed.
• Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and other administrative duties.
• Data Entry
• Enter and update customer and business information accurately in company systems.
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain confidential records and documentation.
• Generate reports and assist with record management when needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service, receptionist, administrative, or data entry experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively. Professional appearance and demeanor.
