How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Clinical Leadership: Implement and monitor comprehensive care plans while carrying out physician orders.
• Care Coordinator: Act as the primary link between all disciplines to ensure seamless, well-coordinated patient care.
• Patient Advocate: Assess condition changes and manage discharge planning to set patients up for long-term success.
• Safety Champion: Maintain a secure environment by proactively managing hazards and emergency responses.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
