Key Responsibilities

• Provide Licensed Practical Nurse LPN/LVN services in accordance with facility standards

Qualifications

• Active ND license, registration, or certification as required
• At least 1 year of recent experience in Licensed Practical Nurse LPN/LVN
• BLS certification (AHA) if required by facility
