Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented 1st Shift Packaging Associate to support a manufacturing team in Dubuque. This position plays a key role in ensuring products are handled, inspected, and packaged according to customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Unbox incoming parts and prepare them for processing
Package finished parts according to customer requirements
Inspect parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met
Keep materials organized throughout the production process
Operate a forklift to move parts and materials as needed
Maintain a clean and efficient workspace
Qualifications:
Forklift experience required
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to follow packaging instructions and specifications
Dependable and team-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
