Description:

· Responsible for managing component material flow, purchase orders with suppliers to mitigate supply chain risks, and achieve inventory and fulfillment targets

· Entering, maintaining, and expediting purchase orders to ensure timely receipt of material.

· Analyze demand and supply data to identify inventory shortages and surpluses.

· Interact cross-functionally with departments concerning specific purchasing needs.

· Monitor lifecycle status of purchases items for warehouse, safety stock, value stream, and other fields specific to purchasing.

· Develop and maintain good vendor relations.

· Maintain approved supplier list.

· Associate degree in related field

· 3 years’ related experience in Supply Chain function, 1 year planning or related experience in a manufacturing environment.

· Proficiency in MS Office suite.

· Equivalent combination of education and experience
