Job Description Job Description The CDL/HAZMAT Truck Driver is responsible for safely transporting hazardous materials while complying with all federal, state, and local regulations. This role requires expertise in handling specialized cargo, maintaining vehicle safety, and ensuring timely delivery. The ideal candidate is attentive to detail, safety-conscious, and committed to upholding all safety standards and operational procedures. Responsibilities Operate commercial vehicles in compliance with CDL and hazardous materials regulations Transport hazardous materials safely to designated locations Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance Secure loads to prevent shifting or damage during transit Maintain accurate logs, records, and reports as required by law Follow all safety protocols when handling and transporting hazardous cargo Communicate effectively with dispatch and safety personnel Respond promptly to and report any accidents or incidents involving hazardous materials
