HR Generalist: Talent, Training & Compliance

Aramark

Aramark seeks an HR Administrative Assistant to support full staffing of the GM-WTC site. The role collaborates with ARAMARK Corporate HR to set site-specific job standards and to recruit, screen, hire and mobilize the workforce while ensuring adherence to policies. The HRA maintains records of compensation, programs and benefits (PTO, health care, 401k, etc.), HIPAA confidentiality, and oversees required training, attendance, and KPI reporting to improve SQCRPE. #J-18808-Ljbffr Aramark
