Your Impactful Role as an RN:

In your pivotal role based at our Bemidji office, you will: 

• Manage and Schedule Visits: Enjoy the independence of managing your patient visits, traveling within the community to provide personalized, one-on-one nursing services in patients’ homes. This role allows you to make deep connections with patients, ensuring they receive the utmost care and attention.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: As a vital part of our interdisciplinary team, your leadership will enhance our collaborative, supportive environment, ensuring the highest well-being and care standards for our patients.
• Clinical Supervision and Mentorship: Guide and inspire our caregivers to adhere to care plans with dedication, embodying our values of altruism and integrity, which are crucial to the exceptional care we provide.

What You'll Need to Excel

• Licensure: A valid Minnesota Registered Nurse license.

This range represents the minimum and maximum salary for the position. The starting salary offered will be based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, skills, and overall fit for the role.
