Overview Technical Manager - Computed Tomography (CT Imaging) – 8-Hour Day Shift Location: Beverly Hills, CA, United States Job Description Imaging Technical Manager for Computed Tomography who oversees service excellence and creates a safe, patient-centered experience. Ensures that imaging work is of outstanding quality and efficiently performed. Continuously evaluates workflow, leverages new technologies to reduce unnecessary processes, and ensures regulatory compliance. Fosters collaboration and respect among health care team members, physicians, patients and their families. Summary of Essential Duties: Critically evaluates and anticipates risks to patients, physicians, staff and others to prevent errors. Uses systems and technology to improve healthcare outcomes at the point of care. Provides leadership as a subject matter expert in imaging practices; coaches and supports Imaging staff; conducts rounds to ensure consistent application of imaging practice, service and quality standards. Supervises staff, develops and implements action plans to improve performance; recognizes staff and participates in management intervention guidelines as needed. Partners with the Associate Director on department goals and champions collaboration. Chairs recurring subdivision meetings focused on performance, case studies and service excellence. Creates, monitors, and tracks operating budgets.
