The schedule is from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Call is required every fourth weekend and holidays. The responsibilities include cleaning and disinfecting equipment based on established guidelines. Staff are expected to manage sterile processing duties. Floating to other departments may be required as needed. Candidates must possess specific certifications including BLS and CBSPD or IAHCSMM/HSPA. Travel experience is necessary. Candidates should have experience with various types of medical equipment and techniques. Aseptic technique and proper sterilization practices are essential. Demonstrated competencies in handling and processing surgical instruments are required. This position will involve interdisciplinary support and fulfilling specific patient care requirements. Additional responsibilities may involve organizing sterilized items and documenting processes accurately. Applicants should be prepared for a dynamic work environment.
