Lead Counsel, AI Regulation, Privacy & Governance (California)

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced regulatory counsel to lead Baseten's AI regulatory posture in the U.S. and international markets.

You will own export controls, privacy program development, and certification governance while partnering across Security, Engineering, and GTM teams to translate complex obligations into actionable controls. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in AI/tech regulatory work with in‑house exposure, JD, an active bar license, and familiarity with GDPR/CCPA.
