Senior Data Analytics Manager

Leading a team of data professionals, the full-time Senior Data Analytics Manager will design and deliver automated data pipelines, establish best practices for data analytics, and provide strategic insights while working remotely. Key responsibilities Mentoring and supporting a team of data engineers and business intelligence professionals to achieve organizational goals Delivering and maintaining data services and real-time data pipelines while ensuring operational health of data integration infrastructure Partnering with stakeholders to define business capabilities and translating them into detailed designs and reporting metrics Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience 7+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, or a related domain 4+ years of hands-on management experience with a proven track record in team development Ability to code in SQL and experience with ETL solutions such as Informatica IICS and Qlik Replicate Prior experience with Snowflake, AWS, and HubSpot
