MRI Technologist IThe MRI Technologist I cares for patients while operating equipment to produce high quality images for radiologist interpretation. In addition, the technologist is responsible for EMR/PACS navigation, general patient care, positioning patients, providing procedure information and executing proper imaging protocol/technique for all examinations. Complies with all regulatory requirements in providing safe and appropriate care.Expected pay for this position is $36.39 - $47.63/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.This is an Hourly position.This is a PRN position.Required qualifications:Education: High School Diploma/ GED Graduate from accredited school of Radiologic Technology or MRI accredited program.Licensure/ Certification: BLS American Heart Association; ARRT (MR) Advanced certification in MRI or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT), or must obtain within one year of hire if not currently registered.Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.Preferred qualifications:Experience: 2 years' radiography experience.1 year MRI experience.Licensure/ Certification: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)(R) registeredOSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
