Maintenance Manager
\nLocation: Los Angeles, CA
\nSalary: $85,000 - $100,000 + Benefits
\nWe’re partnering with a luxury hotel looking for a Maintenance Manager to oversee the property’s engineering, facilities, and preventative maintenance operations.
\nAbout You
\n- \n
- 5+ years of maintenance or engineering experience, ideally within a hotel. \n
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience. \n
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and building systems. \n
- Experience with preventative maintenance and work order programs. \n
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. \n
- Comfortable managing vendors, contractors, budgets, and repairs. \n
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends when needed. \n
What You’ll Do

- Oversee day-to-day maintenance and engineering across the property. \n
- Manage preventative maintenance schedules and repairs. \n
- Coordinate with hotel teams to minimize disruption to guests. \n
- Manage contractors, vendors, and maintenance budgets. \n
- Monitor equipment performance, costs, and work orders. \n
- Maintain compliance with safety, fire, and building regulations. \n
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs. \n
