Responsibilities

Working with buyers and sellers as a consultative salesperson
Negotiating on behalf of your clients
Prospecting via phone
Hosting open houses
Willing to be held accountable
Becoming the local expert in your area for customers
Working in a group atmosphere to achieve top results
Desiring to leverage systems at a high level
Desire to build a big business

Qualifications

We are seeking agents new or experienced who are ready to break through a ceiling!

As a member of the team, you are coached and equipped to sell a minimum of 2 homes a month and should desire to work hard and sell more than 20 homes a year.

Active real estate license or pursuing licensure
Coachable and accountable
Positive and energetic
Passionate about helping others
Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities
Strong verbal and written communication
Comfortable prospecting by phone
Able to set and close appointments
Team-oriented and goal-driven
Thrives in a tight-knit company where their activities directly impact the bottom line

Compensation$70,000+commission based
