Nettles Construction Solutions is a commercial subcontractor, specializing in Lightweight Insulating Concrete Roof Systems, Flowable Fill, Gypcrete Floors, Elevated Concrete and Waterproofing, Sprayed Fireproofing, and Operable Partitions. Responsibilities Work on commercial construction crews as a construction laborer for installation of elevated concrete balconies and breezeways, waterproofing systems, gypcrete floors, and lightweight insulating concrete roof deck system projects. Qualifications & Requirements Dependable, hardworking people who can be trained; experience is helpful, especially concrete finishing experience. Willing to be trained for the right candidate. New hires must be willing to travel and pass a drug screen and a physical. Ability to work throughout the Midwest and be regularly out of town up to a week at a time. Compensation & Benefits Starting pay is $22.00-$26.00 per hour, based on experience, with time and a half pay after 40 hours per week. Pay is weekly. Per diem, travel time, and mileage reimbursement on your check.
