Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

This role focuses on maintaining and repairing industrial equipment in a clean, well-organized manufacturing facility. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and robotic systems, troubleshoot breakdowns as they occur, and support safe, efficient production operations. You will also work with modern maintenance software and advanced equipment, including water jets and robotic systems, while continuously learning and adapting to new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Replace mechanical and electrical components throughout the facility, including coils on robots and water jet heads, to keep equipment operating reliably.
• Work with pneumatic cylinders, bolts, clamps, and related components to perform repairs, adjustments, and installations.
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns as they arise, including issues with auto molds and water jets, and restore equipment to safe, efficient operation.
• Train on and operate a KMT Streamline SL-V 50 R Plus system to perform maintenance and troubleshooting on this equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks on industrial machinery to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Perform welding tasks when needed to support repairs and maintenance projects.
• Use Fiix maintenance software on computers and tablets to receive work orders, document completed work, and track maintenance activities.
• Shadow experienced team members and actively learn new equipment and processes, particularly new and robotic systems.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors, peers, and other departments to report equipment issues, status updates, and maintenance needs.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Help keep the maintenance shop organized, clean, and well-maintained.

Essential Skills

• At least one year of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience working with 480V electrical systems.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical maintenance and repair in an industrial environment.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to train on first shift for approximately 30 days.
• Comfort using computers and tablets, including working with Fiix maintenance software.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with the maintenance team and other departments.
• Willingness to shadow experienced technicians and learn new equipment and technologies.
• Ability to work safely around industrial machinery and electrical systems.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, OH.

The pay range for this position is $26.90 - $30.00/hr.
