We’re a growing State Farm agency looking for a driven sales professional to join our team. At the Bill Knight - State Farm Agency, you’ll help clients protect what matters most — their families, homes, and futures — while learning the business and growing your own career. 
What you’ll do:
•  Quote, contact and follow-up with leads
•  Consult with clients to identify insurance and financial needs
•  Present and get people to buy when they should be buying auto, home, life, and other State Farm products
•  Follow up with prospects and nurture long-term relationships
•  Stay organized and accurate with applications, documentation, and service details
•  Collaborate with our team to hit agency goals
What we’re looking for:
•  Three or more years of sales experience
•  Strong communication skills and genuine attention to detail
•  A team-first mindset and clear, professional presence
•  Problem solver, self-starter, and resourceful
•  Ambition and a clear desire to build a long-term career in the insurance and financial services industry
•  Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
•  A decent coffee habit can help
