You lead by example, creating a warm, inclusive environment where staff, parents, and children feel valued and respected. Your top priority is ensuring safety, health, and well‑being through clear protocols and hands‑on leadership. What You’ll Do Lead and inspire a talented team of educators, fostering collaboration and a positive culture. Implement and maintain health, safety, and licensing standards that keep kids safe and happy. Strategically grow enrollment through effective marketing and community outreach. Manage daily school operations, from staffing and budgeting to parent communications and record‑keeping. Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills paired with a passion for children and families.
