Occupational Therapy Assistant

Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patients in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. Working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will deliver hands-on treatments, guide patients through therapeutic activities, and promote independence in daily living skills. You will document progress, support discharge planning, and collaborate within a patient-centered, multidisciplinary team dedicated to high-quality, compassionate care and offering strong opportunities for professional growth.
