Maintenance

Job Title

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines (hydraulic, electric, and hybrid), molds, and related auxiliary equipment.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system issues.

Maintain and service material handling systems, dryers, loaders, chillers, temperature controllers, and conveyors.

Assist with mold changes, setup support, and machine startups as needed.

Diagnose equipment failures, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Read, interpret, and follow mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, and technical manuals.

Perform basic electrical work including sensors, motor starters, relays, VFDs, and control panels (within scope of qualification).

Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and spare parts usage in the CMMS.

Support continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability, uptime, and safety.

Ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and housekeeping standards.

Communicate effectively with production, quality, engineering, and management teams to minimize downtime.

Assist with facility maintenance including lighting, compressed air systems, water systems, and general repairs.

Respond to equipment breakdowns during production, including overtime or on-call support as required.
