About the Social Services Director Role As our Social Services Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the social services department, providing leadership and guidance to our social work team, and developing and implementing social services programs to meet the needs of our patients. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Your expertise and professionalism will enable you to build strong relationships with our patients, families, and caregivers, providing emotional support and counseling to navigate the rehabilitation process.
