Join a 515-bed acute care facility recognized for excellence in stroke care, rehabilitation, cardiovascular services, and patient outcomes. We're seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist dedicated to helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Schedule

• Mostly Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Requires 2 weekend shifts per month (Saturday/Saturday, Sunday/Sunday, or Saturday/Sunday rotation)

Compensation & Incentives

• Base Pay: $35.77 - $49/hr

Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to promote recovery and independence.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Educate patients and families throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to therapy assistants and students when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Florida Licensed Occupational Therapist / OTR/L required
• BLS certification required within 30 days of employment start date
• 1+ year of experience preferred, but motivated New Graduates are encouraged to apply
