Job Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, including physical exams and comprehensive medical history analyses
• Assist in diagnosing surgical conditions through the interpretation of imaging studies and lab tests
• Work collaboratively with surgical teams to design and implement tailored treatment plans
• Provide valuable support during surgeries, which includes preparing operating rooms, ensuring proper patient positioning, and passing instruments with precision
• Administer outstanding pre- and post-operative care, covering medication management, wound care, discharge strategies, and patient education

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited program for Physician Assistants
• Preference for candidates who have completed clinical rotations with a surgical focus

Certifications

• Current and unrestricted PA-C certification is required
• BLS and ACLS certifications are necessary
• State licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a Physician Assistant
