Join our dynamic team at FourteenSixteen in La Grange, IL, as a Busser/Runner! This exciting role is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and love to contribute to an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities:
- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly to tables.
- Clear and clean tables efficiently to maintain a tidy dining area.
- Restock supplies and assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the team during busy shifts to enhance overall service quality.
- Help set up and break down dining areas for special events.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Provide friendly and attentive service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Team player with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices. Food Handlers Certificate
- Must be at least 18 years old.
