Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with a strong mechanical and electrical experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining complex machinery by interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and OEM manuals. This role is essential in performing root cause analysis to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex machinery using electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Perform root cause analysis to enhance equipment uptime and reliability.
• Troubleshoot equipment and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and OEM manuals.
• Operate a variety of machinery, small hand tools, and precision measuring devices.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for maintenance tasks.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.

Essential Skills

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment and PLCs.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis for equipment maintenance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Mechatronics, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in industrial maintenance.
• Journeyman Millwright certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, production tooling optimization, and manual machining.
• Experience with TIG/MIG welding and precision measurement.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Neenah, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
