Unique AI seeks an accomplished VP Marketing to lead our global marketing team. Following our remarkable success with major European financial institutions, we're positioned for expansion across the US. If you are a strategic thinker with a proven track record in ABM and B2B SaaS marketing, we’d love to hear from you! As the VP of Marketing, you lead our global marketing efforts and drive demand generation in a targeted set of financial services accounts. You are responsible for developing and executing tailored ABM strategies, organizing high-impact events, collaborating closely with sales teams to accelerate pipeline growth, and refining our product messaging to ensure alignment with customer needs. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies to generate demand within a targeted set of accounts Oversee the global marketing department, ensuring the team consistently delivers on operational and strategic goals Conduct market research to stay updated on the trends in the financial sector, understand customer preferences, and identify new marketing opportunities Collaborate with the sales and product department to align sales and marketing strategies Plan, organize, and execute high-impact events for brand promotion, product launches, and customer engagement, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and effective communication of our product value Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies Coordinate with other departments to ensure our brand and mission are consistent across all channels and marketing efforts Required Qualifications 10+ years in B2B SaaS enterprise software marketing, ideally within the financial sector Proven experience as a VP of Marketing or Marketing Director Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and events Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team Excellent communication and presentation skills Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Benefits Package: In consideration of market analysis and relevant factors, the range for this position is set between $240,000 to $300,000 as an on-target earning. However, adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in our equity plan and benefits program.
