Senior GTM Recruiter to scale recruiting for go-to-market teams. Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned GTM functions, from search kickoff through offer acceptance ; take on new functions as hiring priorities change Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on the hiring bar, and develop targeted sourcing strategies Build and maintain consistent, high-quality pipelines , with an emphasis on passive candidates using direct outreach, referrals, networks, and communities Screen candidates against clearly defined competencies and deliver calibrated slates of well-qualified candidates Manage the interview process end to end, ensuring candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers are informed and moving forward Structure and negotiate offers in partnership with Compensation and other People teams; guide candidates through to close Track pipeline metrics , report progress and risk to hiring managers and recruiting leadership, and use data to continuously improve recruiting processes Requirements 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting go-to-market and/or technical roles Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments where hiring priorities shift quickly and speed matters without sacrificing quality Ability to support multiple functions or role types and ramp efficiently on new hiring profiles Proven success closing competitive candidates and managing offer processes from expectation-setting through acceptance Trusted relationship-building with hiring managers, with influence over profile, process, and candidate decisions Proactive sourcing with examples of hires generated through your own outreach Use of recruiting data and metrics to identify issues early, prioritize work, and communicate clearly with stakeholders Use or creation of AI tools in recruiting workflows, with an ability to explain where they improve speed or quality Comfort managing a full req load across multiple stakeholders; prioritization and reporting driven by data; use of AI and recruiting technology to improve efficiency without compromising candidate experience Technologies AI Next.js v0 AI SDK Location and Salary Location: Austin, NY (hybrid) Compensation: USD 156,000 - 234,000 per yearly Minimum experience: 4 years Benefits Total compensation package may include benefits , equity-based compensation , and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role Bonus if you Have recruited for developer tools , infrastructure , or frontend technology companies with strong GTM functions, or can discuss frontend development, web performance, and cloud technologies Are familiar with Vercel's technology stack , competitive landscape, and market positioning Have built recruiting processes and systems for GTM teams from the ground up #J-18808-Ljbffr
