Make a direct impact on student growth and communication as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist in a vibrant educational setting. This on-site opportunity involves supporting PreK through 12th-grade students, with a strong emphasis on early childhood caseloads. Work collaboratively with dedicated educators and families in a contract position, committed to fostering the speech and language development of young learners.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current, active Michigan SLP license as verified through the State of Michigan website.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA required.
• Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred.
• Commitment to on-site work—remote/virtual services are not available for this role.
• If applying as a Clinical Fellow (CF), a supervising SLP must already be designated.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students, primarily within PreK and early childhood age groups.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and reevaluations to guide intervention planning.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and district guidelines.
• Engage actively in team meetings and professional development activities.
