Interact with Customers and Insurance personnel to determine damage repairs and estimated costs Order, track and check parts. Schedule customers appointments Communicate progress of repairs with Customers as well as Insurance companies Write up all estimates and supplements and submit them to an insurance company for approval Perform tasks as assigned by Management Preferred Skills Valid drivers license Licensed Massachusetts auto appraiser Strong Interpersonal Skills Basic Computer Skills Service Skills One year minimum experience Benefits offered Health, Dental/Vision, 401K, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance and Critical Illness Insurance.
