Compensation: Average $80,000–$135,000 annually (performance-based)

Empire Financial is seeking a motivated Regional Sales Professional to build strong relationships with local businesses and provide solutions that help protect their employees and families. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with local business owners and decision-makers
• Identify client needs and present solutions tailored to their business
• Develop new business and grow your client base within your territory
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Continue developing professionally with opportunities to advance within the organization
  

A Day in the Life

• Start the day by reviewing your schedule and preparing for upcoming meetings
• Travel locally to meet with business owners and decision-makers
• Have one-on-one conversations to understand each business and its needs
• Present solutions tailored to each client
• Follow up with current clients and continue building strong relationships
• Track progress, update notes, and prepare for upcoming meetings
• Participate in team check-ins and training to continue developing your skills

Each day includes a mix of independence and collaboration.  While the independent contractor role requires self-discipline and consistency, you’ll have ongoing coaching, training, and support to help you succeed.
