As a Customer Relations Representative with Christie Hill State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. Assist with customer retention strategies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Communication and problem‑solving skills. Experience in customer service preferred. Ability to handle high‑stress situations calmly. Competitive Compensation: $30,000 - $40,000/year - salary+performance‑based commissions & bonuses State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
