Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting the company’s recruitment, consultancy, and training services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting outreach to prospective clients, preparing and delivering sales presentations, managing sales pipelines, and meeting revenue targets. The role also involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, creating sales and marketing materials, coordinating events or webinars, and analyzing market trends to inform strategy. The specialist collaborates with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, high-quality customer service, and effective training support for clients. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation abilities and professional business writing. Customer Service skills to manage client inquiries, maintain relationships, and ensure a positive client experience. Sales skills to generate leads, negotiate agreements, close deals, and achieve sales targets. Sales Management and Training skills to support sales processes, guide stakeholders, and deliver basic product or service training as needed. Experience in B2B sales or professional services (recruitment, consultancy, or training) is preferred. Ability to work on-site in New York, NY, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with CRM tools and basic marketing platforms (e.g., email marketing, social media) is beneficial.
