Role Description The Warehouse Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Midland, TX. This position is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving materials, verifying shipments, and organizing inventory to support compression equipment deployment. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating shipping and receiving activities, maintaining accurate inventory records, preparing materials for field crews, and ensuring proper storage and handling of parts and equipment. The Warehouse Coordinator will also update inventory systems, communicate with internal teams and vendors, and support continuous improvement of warehouse processes to meet operational and safety standards. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Shipping & Receiving to manage inbound and outbound materials efficiently. Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Control and Inventory Management to maintain accurate stock levels and records. Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate with field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Candidates should possess skills in Material Handling to safely move, store, and stage equipment and parts. Experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in energy, industrial, or equipment-focused environments. Ability to use inventory management software and basic office productivity tools. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting. Ability to lift and move materials safely in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or logistics training is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
