Please feel free to share your updated resume at View email address on click.appcast.io Job Summary We are seeking an Onsite Coordinator with an engineering background and experience in the Oil & Gas or industrial engineering environment. The role will focus on reviewing and validating engineering information, supporting field walkdowns, and maintaining accurate and standardized equipment and engineering data throughout the facility lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Understand and analyze equipment used across various facilities and manage related engineering information throughout the facility lifecycle. Participate in physical field walkdowns to validate existing field conditions against engineering documents. Review engineering information in existing master data sets and validate it against engineering documents and other systems of record. Review and standardize engineering information based on established master data standards. Review and enhance equipment classes, attributes, and data hierarchies where required. Read, review, and interpret technical drawings and engineering documents, including P&IDs, PFDs, and electrical documents. Validate engineering and equipment information provided by EPC engineering teams. Support the upload and maintenance of validated engineering information in the Engineering Data Warehouse. Perform master data cleansing, standardization, enrichment, and reconciliation. Work with engineering and project teams to resolve data discrepancies and maintain accurate engineering information. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering. 5+ years of relevant engineering experience. Experience in Oil & Gas, industrial engineering, EPC, or a similar engineering environment. Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings and documents. Experience reviewing equipment and engineering data. Strong understanding of engineering data validation and standardization.
